09/30/09 - Members from Lake Shore, Fairview, Lake City, Perry Hiway and Kearsarge Fire Departments participated in RIT training.

08/26/09 - Lake Shore FD joined up with Fairview FD and a truck company from Kearsarge FD and travelled out to the Franklin Township Training Grounds for a night in the burn tower.

08/12/09 - Lake Shore was called to take a vehicle accident for West Lake FD. Upon arrival, crews found two vehicles with minor damage. Chief 500 assumed command.

08/05/09 - Lake Shore and Fairview Fire Departments practiced in high-angle rope rescue and extrication of patients.

06/14/09 - Engine 502 assisted West Ridge Fire Department on Westline Street at a house explosion with fire. Crews were on scene for about 3 hours battling the blaze.

06/12/09 - Engine 502 assisted West Lake Fire Department on a house fire on Cole Drive.

04/22/09 - Lake Shore was called for an engine to assist West Ridge FD on a fire alarm that later was reported as a working fire in the wall of a warehouse.
